I believe great fundraisers are developed - not just trained.
Over the past decade, I've experienced fundraising from multiple perspectives: as a frontline fundraiser building benefactor relationships, as a facilitator helping professionals strengthen their skills, and as a manager developing teams and individuals.
I know what it feels like to sit across from a benefactor, build a portfolio, navigate uncertainty and grow into confidence a fundraiser - because I've lived that journey myself.
My work combines real-world fundraising experience with intentional skill development and coaching to help frontline fundraisers strengthen their craft, build confidence and create meaningful philanthropic impact.
Whether a fundraiser is building their foundation or refining their approach, I believe development happens through practice, reflection and support.
