 My goal is to inspire fundraisers to build authentic, respectful connections with benefactors—blending best practices with the art and science of the work.

I focus on practical skills you can use right away: what to say, how to find the time, and how to make it work in real life. My approach is values-based and inquiry-driven, embracing uncertainty while keeping an eye on major gifts and pipeline growth years down the road.
