My goal is to inspire others to be the best fundraisers they can be through respectful and authentic connections with benefactors - leaning into best practices and honoring the art, science and foundation of the work. 

My approach is focused on tactical and practical skills that can be put to work right away. What are the exact words I use? How do I build out the time to do it? How do I make it work on Monday?  And it's unique because I lean into values-based, inquiry-driven strategies with an openness to uncertainty. I am thinking about tomorrow's major gifts and our pipeline in two, three and four years from now. What am I doing today that is planting seeds for future, major gift philanthropy? ?
